hey echo these are the guidelines and things to note for outdoor cooking:
1. no instant noodles allowed
2. total time given is 1.5h
3. 1 mess tin provided per person
4. food must contain, vitamins, carbo, fibre, proteins-there must be fruit
take note of any allergies or special dietary requirement
take note of vegetarians
5. 4 gas stoves per group
6. knives, chopping boards and lighters will be provided
7. for those doing breakfast, no bread allowed
8. food must be halal
9. no beef allowed
but i think some of you have already asked us these. anyways proposal is due today so pls send it to my email.
Also regarding your dragon boating groups, the boat groupings are placed at the oal board so if any of you are in sch help ur group take note of everyone's boat groupings. time and venue for it will be informed soon.
